HOST FAMILIES

All Host Families must satisfy our stringent and comprehensive recruitment process. This is imperative to ensure the safety of our client's pets and homes. As a former Police Officer Julie Corbin has vast experience in vetting procedures and is pleased to have other former police officers in her team.

Our vetting process includes:
Police Criminal Records check
Professional and personal references

All host families are required to have animal care and handling experience. They all own their own pets or have done so in the past and are therefore able to understand the pet's needs and likewise appreciate the owner's needs and concern for professionalism.

Host Families are principally retired professionals including police, teachers and similarly respected professionals.

All pets are matched to the most appropriate host family given their lifestyle, fitness levels and experience.

Our clients are always invited to meet with their host family prior to the commencement of the Home Boarding or Pet Sitting service. In order for the owners to relax while they are away it is imperative that they maintain an element of control.

We are always seeking to enrol further host families who are willing to undergo our careful checks and who display appropriate professional, mature characteristics and are able to prove their honesty and pet experience.
